Sam Ash can KISS my Ace Goodbye

Sam @$$ online let me order a wireless receiver. And then they sent me a receipt and everything.

After no shipped message, I checked and it said "processing."  OK - weekend backlog.  Then after no word on it I called Customer Service. Guess what? It was on backorder and the Sam @$$ did not have the decency to let me know before I ordered, or when they found out.

I ordered from there BECAUSE other places had the item on back order.

Dooshbags just lost my online business forever.  Let it be known - Sam Ash does not provide accurate (or any as far as I can tell) back order info online.

Another sample of bad communication with the customer, which goes to show that this is one of the fastest ways to destroy trust.
