New here and posted in the new section but since I’m needing help with a new pickup I thought I’d post this here as well and see if I can get any help. Thank you

Guitar: 2014 Fender Limited Edition Lone Star Stratocaster

Config: HSS with Fender S1 volume switch, 1 Volume, 2 Tone and 5 way toggle

Pickup: Dimarzio PAF 36th Anniversary

***Note - I will be removing the Fender S1 switch and replacing it with a standard 500k pot.

***Note - If possible I’d like the ability to have the option to split the humbucker when needed.

- Here is the DiMarzio Strat wiring diagrams but I’m unsure which I need —————->>>>>>>

Why would you get rid of the S-1 switch if you want to split the humbucker? How do you plan on splitting it? What is the S-1 switch wired to now?

Here are some HSS wiring diagrams.

In instances where I can't find an exact fit for a need, I also just take direction from a few different schematics to make it happen....as long as you keep up with the basics that include the hot and ground wire(s).
