I am new to DiMarzio. I have played bass for many years and have several basses, but until recently I only used aftermarket pickups from another company.
I tried Model J pickups in my MIM Fender Jazz and absolutely love them. I use a vol/vol/DPDT S-P + tone setup.
I have one bass that's a P/J setup and am wondering whether I should just go with a Model P and the bridge Model J (I don't even know if that's sold separately.)
I used roundwound strings exclusively, play with a pick, and as much low end as possible is my priority.
Any advice would be appreciated.
