humbucker similar to dactivator
« on: December 28, 2016, 11:59:23 AM »
What Will be the humbucker model similar to the dactivator, but with:

- Less output
- a little bit more open sounding
- A little bit more versatile

I like the dactivator but it will be perfect for me with the described above.

The guitar is a schecter BlackJack with body and mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard.

I went from a D-Activator to a AT-1 to a Transition and I'm very happy with it. It doesnt sound exactly like a D-A of course but its way more versatile and it can still do metal. It has more mids though and that may not be what you want.

If you want less mids there's always the Steve's Special. It didnt work for me but Im addicted to mids so...

Maybe the Titan would work, just judging by the tone chart.
