The Super Distortion is a fantastic pickup but I have tried the "S" sized version and found it not as good as the full sized version.
I do not believe I am the only person who feels this way.
I would recommend you acquire an HSS pickguard cut for a full size bucker at the bridge.
I suggest the Kinman H7 harness.

Exactly as posted above, I would run them:
61 bridge
58 middle
67 neck
You could run a Virtual Solo at the bridge if the 61 wasn't hot enough for you

I think what strikes me the most about that comparo is how close they actually all are to each other.
Yes, I could hear some subtle differences between them but the average civilian would never be able to.
Further, once mixed in with other instruments in a live band situation, I think it's likely that many of us wouldn't be able to hear any differences either.
Of course, there is a reason for that.
A whole lot of signal processing and gain.
Even the "clean" sounds were pretty wet.
I feel this demonstrates that what happens downstream from the guitar has a greater affect on final tone than the guitar itself.

I will use this video as an educational tool.

I have one in the neck position on one of my Strats and I have to say I don't think I could have found a better neck bucker for my tastes and needs.

Better off to go through an authorized dealer and let them deal with Fender.
It is a sale, after all and although I have heard of them dealing with individual customers it's not the norm.
That's likely my bad there because I used the word direct.
They wouldn't be giving you a free neck unless it was still under warranty so it's a sale.
No matter you have a neck coming.

FYI, you can buy a genuine Fender replacement neck direct from Fender due to the defect.
They don't sell necks normally but in a case like yours they will.
Of course you'll have to surrender the old one.
Warmoth necks are built to exact Fender specs and with legal authorization to do so but you won't get the labelling or a serial number.
Not sure how important that is to you to keep it Fender.
Using a Warmoth neck will reduce its resale value.
Not sure if that is important to you either.

My journey may not be so exciting as some.
My first amps were various flavours of Fenders.
After a decade or two I began trying other things.
Marshall, Rivera, Boogie, Egnator, in that order.
Now, I feel I have arrived at home where I belong and my two main amps are Fender and Boogie and I don't envision that changing.

I know you said, "Other than Ibanez" but there is an Ibanez HSH model that can be found in the used market that is decidedly non-typical for Ibanez.
It's the RT650GF.
It's no longer in production.
It was not a typical shredder style Ibanez but was quite a bit more Stratty.
Very beautiful guitars with flame tops and mild output pups with lots of spank and quack for an Ibanez.

Gibson hired Mark Agnesi earlier this year and one of the first things he did was to have a temper tantrum online.
This speaks to me of the state of mind of Gibson as a company.
It does alter my perception of the company and it does forcibly inject itself into my guitar buying decision making process.

I agree that HSH is very versatile.
Two of my Strats have been converted to that configuration.
I also include a blender that fades in the neck when bridge or bridge/middle is selected for even more versatility yet.
